Washington D.C. is home to many adult education programs that are ready to help you improve your reading, writing, and work-readiness skills.

The Read Out Loud campaign was set up to get the word out about these programs. Since 2004, we have been getting the word out with ads on radio, subways, and buses.

On this site, you can look for a program where you can get a tutor, or where you can go to class to study reading and writing, GED, or English-as-a-Second Language.
